The Sagaing Region Investment Committee (SRIC) meeting 10/2023 was convened at
Sagaing Region Government Office on 28th November, 2023. The meeting was chaired by U Myat Kyaw, Chairman of SRIC
and Chief Minister of Sagaing Region Government and attended by the members of SRIC
and specially invited departmental officials.
At the meeting, the committee members discussed
on the matters regarding the field inspection conducted by the Sagaing

was convened at Sagaing Region Government Office on 13th Jun
2023. The meeting was chaired by U Myat Kyaw, Chairman of SRIC and
Chief Minister of Sagaing Region Government and attended by the members of SRIC
and specially invited departmental officials.
At
the meeting, Sagaing Region Investment Committee had already approved a Myanmar
citizen investment business in the industrial sector.

October 3, 2019According to the Overtime Procedure of Factory and General Labour Laws Inspection Department, it is hereby announced that companies which are investing under Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) and Region/State Investment Committee’s permit and endorsement shall carry out the following.
– Companies shall seek signed approval from an employee required to work overtime on a weekday (Monday to Friday) which is not to exceed 3 hours per weekday or 5 hours on a Saturday.
– For overtime on a Sunday or a Public Holiday, companies shall seek signed approval from the employee and an acknowledgement from the Workplace Coordination Committee.
– No employee may be required to work more than one Sunday in a 4 week period.

September 20, 2019မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကုမ္ပဏီများဥပဒေ (၂၀၁၇) အရသတ်မှတ်ဖော်ပြထားသည့်အခကြေးငွေများ ပြင်ဆင်သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုနှင့်ကုမ္ပဏီများညွှန်ကြားမှုဦးစီးဌာနသည် ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ ၉ ရက်နေ့ ရက်စွဲပါ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာအမှတ် (၅၇/၂၀၁၈) ဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ကုမ္ပဏီများဥပဒေ (၂၀၁၇) အရ သတ်မှတ်ဖော်ပြထားသည့် အခကြေးငွေနှင့် နှောင့်နှေးသည့် ပေးပို့တင်ပြခြင်းအတွက် နောက်ကျကြေးအား သတ်မှတ်ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာ၏ နောက်ဆက်တွဲဇယား (၁) တွင် သတ်မှတ်ဖော်ပြထားသော အခကြေးငွေများအနက် အောက်ဖော်ပြပါပုံစံများနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်းသည့် အခကြေးငွေများအား ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ် အောက်တိုဘာလ ၁ ရက်နေ့မှစတင်၍ အောက်ဖော်ပြပါအတိုင်း ပြင်ဆင်သတ်မှတ် လိုက်ကြောင်း အသိပေးကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်- (က) အစုရှယ်ယာများဖြင့် ကန့်သတ်ထားသည့် အများနှင့်မသက်ဆိုင်သည့်ကုမ္ပဏီ ဖွဲ့စည်းတည်ထောင်ခြင်း လျှောက်လွှာ (ပုံစံက-၁) အတွက် အခကြေးငွေအား ကျပ် ၂၅၀,၀၀၀ မှ ကျပ် ၁၅၀,၀၀၀။ (ခ) ခံဝန်ချက်အားဖြင့် တာဝန်ကန့်သတ်ထားသည့်ကုမ္ပဏီ ဖွဲ့စည်းတည်ထောင်ခြင်း လျှောက်လွှာ (ပုံစံက-၃) အတွက် အခကြေးငွေအား ကျပ် ၂၅၀,၀၀၀ မှ ကျပ် ၁၅၀,၀၀၀။ (ဂ) တာဝန်ကန့်သတ်မထားသည့်ကုမ္ပဏီ ဖွဲ့စည်းတည်ထောင်ခြင်း လျှောက်လွှာ (ပုံစံက-၄) အတွက် အခကြေးငွေအား ကျပ် ၂၅၀,၀၀၀ မှ ကျပ် ၁၅၀,၀၀၀။ (ဃ) ၁၉၅၀ ခုနှစ် အထူးကုမ္ပဏီများအက်ဥပဒေအရ အစုရှယ်ယာများဖြင့် ကန့်သတ်ထားသည့် အများနှင့် မသက်ဆိုင်သည့်ကုမ္ပဏီ ဖွဲ့စည်းတည်ထောင်ခြင်း လျှောက်လွှာ (ပုံစံက-၆) အတွက် အခကြေးငွေအား ကျပ် ၂၅၀,၀၀၀ မှ ကျပ် ၁၅၀,၀၀၀။ (င) ပြည်ပကော်ပိုရေးရှင်းတစ်ခုအဖြစ် မှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်း လျှောက်လွှာ (ပုံစံ က-၈) အတွက် အခကြေးငွေအား ကျပ် ၂၅၀,၀၀၀ မှ ကျပ် ၁၅၀,၀၀၀။ (စ) နှစ်စဉ်အစီရင်ခံစာ တင်ပြခြင်းအတွက် အခကြေးငွေအား ကျပ် ၂၀,၀၀၀ မှ ကျပ် ၅၀,၀၀၀။ (ဆ) ပြည်ပကော်ပိုရေးရှင်း၏ နှစ်စဉ်အစီရင်ခံစာ ပေးပို့တင်ပြခြင်း အကြောင်းကြားစာ (ပုံစံ င-၇) အတွက် အခကြေး ငွေအား ကျပ် ၂၀,၀၀၀ မှ ကျပ် ၅၀,၀၀၀။ [...]
